SCHOOL HISTORY
Christ's Church Academy, originally Mandarin Christian School, began its inaugural year August 29, 1995. The school began with kindergarten through fifth grades under the direction, leadership, and ministry of Christ's Church. Sixth grade was added in the fall of 1996, seventh grade in 1997, and eighth grade was added in 1998. Ninth and tenth grades were added in the 2005-06 school year and eleventh and twelfth grades followed over the next two years. Christ's Church has realized a long-term goal by establishing a school to serve its membership and the Mandarin community.
STAFF
The instructional staff includes twenty-eight regular classroom teachers, two physical education teachers, a media specialist, two music specialists, a band director, two art teachers, two Spanish teachers, an American Sign Language teacher, and two computer specialists. A teacher must be a committed Christian and have a Bachelor’s degree in elementary, middle school, or high school education to teach in the regular education program. We also keep a full time registered nurse on staff. All faculty and staff members are chosen because they have exhibited the desire, necessary skills, and heart to excite and motivate students to achieve success in school.

The Christ's Church Academy athletic program provides competitive sports for students in both middle and high school. The purpose of the athletic program is to enhance a student’s academic experience while at CCA. Our athletes are taught to glorify God through the development of personal character, athletic ability, self-discipline, leadership skills, hard work, and sportsmanship. A high level of commitment in the classroom and on our athletic teams is expected from all CCA athletes. We want our athletes to take with them the skills they have developed in the classroom and on the field, as well as, a lifetime of memories.
We currently offer middle and high school students the opportunity to participate in an array of sports programs including: cheerleading, football, cross country, golf, volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, tennis, and track & field.
