FACILITIES
Mandarin Christian School is housed at the beautiful nine-acre campus on Old St. Augustine Road. The school has over thirty one regular classrooms, two music rooms, a computer lab, an art room, a  media center, administrative offices, extended care area, and cafeteria dining area. MCS also has an expansive auditorium, gymnasium, two playground areas, and a fenced recreational area, and a ten acre athletic complex that includes baseball, softball, and soccer fields.

SCHOOL  HISTORY
Mandarin Christian School began its inaugural year August 29, 1995. The school began with kindergarten through fifth grades under the direction, leadership, and ministry of Christ's Church. Sixth grade was added in the fall of 1996, seventh grade in 1997, and eighth grade was added in 1998. Ninth and tenth grades were added in the 2005-06 school year and eleventh and twelfth grades followed over the next two years. Christ's Church has realized a long-term goal by establishing a school to serve its membership and the Mandarin community.

STAFF
The instructional staff includes thirty one regular classroom teachers, three physical education teachers, a media specialist, three music specialists, two art teachers, two Spanish teachers, and two computer specialists. A teacher must be a committed Christian and have a degree in elementary, middle school, or high school education to teach in the regular education program. All faculty and staff members are chosen because they have exhibited the desire, necessary skills, and heart to excite and motivate students to achieve success in school.
